Christmas is the time when you can spend longer in the kitchen and making your own bread is so satisfying when you've got a bit more time on your hands.

Another recipe from Magimix, which is perfect when you've got friends dropping in and want to offer them a light snack. You could of course, skip the bread making but of course, it won't taste half as good, and serve some warmed shop-bought bread with the melting Camembert.

Ingredients



300g bread flour
200ml whole milk
7g yeast
2tsp salt
30g butter

Camembert
3 cloves garlic
3 sprigs of rosemary
Black pepper

Method



1. Add all the ingredients to the metal bowl of the cook expert.
2. Run the BREAD/BRIOCHE programme to from a bread dough.
3. Leave the dough in the bowl and prove the dough. Run EXPERT 30:00/0/30°C.
4. Divide the dough into 18 even balls and shape into a star around the camembert.
5. Leave the dough to rise for 45 mins.
6. Score the top of the Camembert and add the garlic, rosemary and pepper.
7. Bake at 180°C for 20-22 minutes.
8. Pull the dough balls apart dip into the hot melted cheese.
