Josh Wood

Root Touch Up, £15
Brown Root Smudge

The gaps between my root touch up appointments are getting alarmingly close together and still the ‘sparkles’ shine through. This is such a clever, effective solution to touch up greying roots between salon visits. With a brush applicator I just push the colour into my hair line and it ‘rubs out’ the greys until my next hair wash. I won’t tell if you won’t.

Sana Jardin

Air of Aquarius Perfume, £115
Air Of Aquarius Eau De Parfum

With a yin yang style balance of uplifting lemon and grounding rosemary and lavender, this is my new spring fragrance obsession. It is quite literally mood changing, making me feel calmer, more meditative and optimistic. A big impact in a spritz.

Natasha Devona

Mini Biba Palette, £24
Natasha Denona Mini Biba Copy

It’s not often I’m this impressed by an eye palette, but I think Natasha Devona has created such a brilliant edit of colours in a mini palette that’s the perfect slimline size for popping in my on-the-go make-up bag. There are great everyday shades, darker tones to create a smoky eye and even a hint of sparkle for evening. A capsule wardrobe for your eyes, great for holiday packing.

Westman Atelier

Lit Highlighter, £44
Westman Atelier Lit Up Highlight Stick 5g Copy

This almost colourless highlighter seemed to me like it wasn’t going to deliver much impact but oh how wrong I was. The gleam-giving power of Westman Atelier’s creamy formula has given my skin new life, tapped into high points for glossy, healthy-looking skin.

La Neige

Lip Mask, £21
LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask Copy

I’m late to the cult obsession that is La Neige, but I am now religiously applying their unctuous, vanilla lip sleep mask before bed and my lips feel softer and plumper upon wakening. I am converted.

Refy

Duo Brush, £16
Duo Brush Copy

Nothing new, but a seriously useful bit of kit and the only brush I take with me everywhere. The stiffer end is great for buffing blusher into my skin, while the softer fatter end is great for sweeping bronzer in broader strokes across my face and décolleté.

Moodey’s

Rest and Repeat, £55
Rest & Repeat

I wrote a piece on anti-stress supplements this month and this is the stand-out winner for me. I track my sleep data and since taking these, my deep sleep has doubled. Expensive yes, but you are getting the equivalent of three supplements in one, with functional mushrooms, Ashwaghanda and vitamins, which warrants the price tag. On waking I’ve found I feel more rested and energised (rather than the groggy feeling other sleep supplements have left me feeling). The refillable glass bottle is a stylish touch – I will be topping up again next month.

Ultra Violette

Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Skinscreen, £34
Ultra Violette Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Skinscreen SPF Copy

I wish I could tell my dermatologist I wore SPF all year round but, ahem, I don’t. But March to September I am fastidious. My favourite brand is Ultra Violette as it sits seamlessly under my make-up. If you’re not wearing SPF daily, consider this your cue.

Legology

Cellu-Lite Body Oil, £75
Cellu-Lite Anti-Cellulite Oil

I’ve just started a new body care regime using this lemony, herby oil formulated from the leg experts, Legology, to invigorate my skin with stimulating, antioxidant properties. I’m coupling it with their lymph-massage cup that has a suction effect to massage skin to help smooth and improve texture. Eighty-five per cent of independent testers agreed it helped make skin feel firmer and more toned. I have high hopes, I’ll let you know how I get on.
