Moodey supplements are my new subscription find – carefully curated ‘cocktails’ of supplements, including vitamins, functional mushrooms and Ayurvedic remedies that mean I can cut down on the countless bottles in my cupboard. The Rest and Repeat has doubled the amount of Deep Sleep I track on my Apple Watch and doesn’t leave me with brain fog the next morning. They come in a smart refillable glass bottle too, which I love.

There are four subscriptions that our household has become extremely reliant on over the last few years. The first is a twice-weekly delivery of milk and eggs from The Modern Milkman, which is both useful and feels nostalgic (there’s nothing like putting your glass bottles outside to be collected and reused for being whisked back to childhood). The second is our Naked Sprout delivery, which delivers unbleached loo rolls to the front door every couple of months, always making me reflect wryly on the great 2020 British loo roll panic during the pandemic. Thirdly, magnesium supplements from Wild Nutrition, which are brilliant but which I often forget to take, meaning that I have now accrued so much magnesium I could probably open my own shop. Lastly, and perhaps best of all, is my Wiberg’s Pine Essence delivery – I love the smell and the way it turns the bath water green.

I love my Beauty Pie subscription – I’m huge fan of their moisturiser and overnight oil and wouldn’t be without it. We’re also recent converts to Wolfworthy. Our dog loves it and it has no horrid fillers. Win-win.

My current favourite monthly subscription is the one I have to have, Lumity supplements. These clinically proven pills, taken in the morning and the evening, have the right nutrients to support midlife women throughout the day. My skin, hair, sleep and immunity have all improved since Lumity came into my life.

My subscriptions are largely health related. I've done batches of Symprove to improve my gut, signed up to INDI and its Rest supplement but the one I've stuck with over time is Kurk's turmeric supplement. Kurk's formulation of curcumin from turmeric with adaptogenic plant extracts can help manage inflammation. I like the orange flavoured one.
