Where do you call home?
Greenwich in London. I’m originally from Yorkshire, so I’m a country girl at heart.
Do you prefer pottering around the house or pottering in the garden?
I only have a balcony, so I definitely prefer pottering around the house.
How did you become Feather & Black’s lead buyer?
I have worked in buying for over 15 years at numerous retailers in the UK and Australia but never for a brand I truly loved and would have in my home. It was through a friend that I heard about the role at Feather & Black and I immediately got in contact with the team.
How would you describe your interiors style?
Contemporary classic.
What is your favourite hotel in the world?
Soneva Jani in the Maldives.
Describe the last thing you bought for your home
Items from Feather & Black’s Jacob bedroom collection. I love the darker colourway, which is brown marble tops on dark wood.
What are you currently binge-watching?
One Day and The Gentlemen on Netflix.
Which famous women do you most admire?
Patricia Field, the stylist for Sex in the City and Emily in Paris. Harriet Liley (@harriet.liley), who is lead designer for Soho Home (@sohohome). Sarina Wiegman (@sarinawiegman), England women’s football manager. Margot Robbie (@margotrobbieofficial), who went from Neighbours to Hollywood now has her own production company. Taylor Swift (@taylorswift), rerecorded all her own music in order to retain the copyright.
What is the last restaurant you went to?
The very elegant Mister Nice in Mayfair, which opened last year.
What is your most prized possession?
My dog, Frankie, who is a Miniature Dachshund.
