Petworth Summer Festival

The Good Life Society Summer Camps

The summer camps run for three long weekends in July and August, offering visitors a chance to escape, reset and recharge. The aim is to slow down, meet new people and try new things with days spent outside learning about nature and outdoor craft, workshops, expeditions and inspiring talks. Evenings are whiled away in the Walled Garden, with delicious dinners prepared by a team of exceptional chefs, along with light entertainment, a bar and campfires to gather around as the sun sets. You'll find the best in music, dance, poetry, theatre, literature, wellness, podcasts and it's a family friendly event too, with lots of activities for kids. There's great food on offer as well. Wilderness Festival

WILDERNESS FESTIVAL

Set in idyllic Cotswold parkland, Wilderness has earned its place among the greatest festivals going. The multi-arts extravaganza offers something to all ages and persuasions – but music is key. Edinburgh International Book Festival

The hottest date in Scotland’s publishing calendar, Edinburgh attracts the world’s greatest literary stars. Founded in 1983, the festival hosts innovative events that capture the hearts and minds of audiences, both in Edinburgh and online, from on-stage conversations, workshops, creative masterclasses to think tanks, all informed by a culture of open dialogue. 10 - 25 August 2024. FT Weekend Festival


Kenwood House, London


Imagine an IRL event in which the FT Weekend’s finest minds explore big ideas in culture, politics, literature, film and food – with a sprinkle of lively humour. Such is the FT Weekend Festival, which launched in 2016. Time Out says it ‘might be the cleverest festival ever’. 7 September 2024. Book it.
