Since its inception, And Objects has successfully launched a range of furniture and lighting, while also working in partnership with leading brands on collaborative collections.
Brudnizki and Jeanes first met at Martin’s interior design studio in London. Together they created the interiors for a client base that included The Royal Academy of Arts, Soho House and Annabel’s. But it was designing the products that sit within these spaces that really bonded them.
And Objects was born out of a desire to value beauty joined with a focus on detailing and an emphasis on purpose. Available to buy on the shop website, products include Lighting, Sofas and Armchairs, Tables and Accessories.
With direct inspiration from the Swedish Grace movement, each piece is extremely unique and aims to communicate a playful romantic charm through design, colour and finish. Their pieces are named after an English village and involve a number of individual craftspeople.
And Object’s South London based upholsterer has been creating pieces for over twenty years. All of their solid timber frames are individually constructed using traditional methods.
For Carpentry, the And Objects craftsmen are tucked away on a farm in the Hampshire countryside and use traditional woodworking tools and techniques, combined with modern machinery.
Recently the And Objects team announced, with numerous years in the making, the official opening of their physical shop, on the Pimlico Road, London, Unit 5, Newson's Yard. I can't wait to visit.
