The Golden Globes 2025 delivered its usual dose of glitz, glamour, and high-octane fashion, as stars turned the red carpet at the Beverly Hilton into a runway of dreams. From classic Old Hollywood silhouettes to avant-garde ensembles, this year’s best-dressed list celebrated creativity and individuality. Whether it was a jaw-dropping couture gown or an impeccably tailored suit, the icons were out in force. Here’s our guide to the most memorable looks of the night.
Woman of the moment Cynthia Erivo is an absolute knock-out in a silver and black custom Louis Vuitton gown – bejewelled signature nails firmly in place.
Her Wicked co-star, Ariana Grande, goes for gold in a 1966 haute couture Givenchy gown – it’s first ever outing, with a touch of Bridgerton thrown in for good measure.
Gold was something of a theme (it was the Golden Globes, after all). Cate Blanchett gave a masterclass in uber glamour in custom Louis Vuitton, re-wearing a gown she wore at Cannes in the summer (let’s hear it for stars giving winning looks more than one outing).
The Bear’s Abby Elliott rocked this Monique Lhuillier gown, the pearl-studded scoop neck calling to mind full 1950s glamour.
Zendaya’s tangerine dream (another custom Louis Vuitton number) was, for us, one of the looks of the night.
Demi Moore shimmers like molten gold in custom Giorgio Armani. Sleek as it gets.
Ashley Graham set pulses racing in a plunging neckline and a red carpet-skimming gown.
Baby Reindeer’s Richard Gadd cuts a dash on the red carpet.
Melissa McCarthy is a rose garden in motion in a Christian Siriano hot pink jumpsuit and oversized ruffled floral cape.
Elle Fanning marries old Hollywood with vampy leopard print in Balmain.
Anna Taylor-Joy
A vision in blush, Anna Taylor Joy wore archival Dior.
Red is always a good idea on the red carpet, as proven by Dakota Fanning in Dolce & Gabbana.
Ali Wong in Balenciaga was another lady in red.
