There are some easy-win accessories that just, simply, bestow instant glamour. Sunglasses are one. Chic headbands are another. But our favourite of them all has to be the straw hat: whether wide-brimmed and generous or a neat little visor, they somehow exude an insouciant chic that recalls languid days on the French Riviera. And, what’s more, they go with anything and everything, from strappy sundresses to cropped jeans and crisp oversized white shirts. These are the ones we have fallen for in SS23.
