The government has now advised us to consider wearing face coverings in enclosed public spaces such as shops, trains and buses to help reduce the spread of coronavirus.
If you, like some of us, are not particularly at one with a sewing machine then let us help you out with our edit of face coverings that are at the pretty and stylish end of the mask spectrum. We must caveat by warning that while these masks are thought to help protect others, they may not stop you catching the virus. For that, the best you can do is to be vigilant and sensible.
